[ABC250] A - Adjacent Squares (AtCoder Beginner Contest 250 with Java)

문제 : abc250_a

 

  (1, 1)부터 (H, W) 까지의 모든 square 쌍 (h, w) 대해 이하가 만족하는 경우를 카운팅하면 된다.
